The Dreigroschenoper is a very political opera whose themes are still very relevant today. I had to design a songbook for opera with contemporary and modern compositions. With the print medium I could disrupt the traditional alignment of text so that the reader always has to turn the songbook with orientation of the text to read it comfortably.
